Adoption Requests Dear Friends, Over the last year we had some correspondence with you regarding the possibility of an exchange between Nonviolence Today and our publication, Reconciliation International. Since you informed us that an exchange is not possible and we think it is important that we receive your magazine, we would like to apply for a someone to adopt us and pay for a gift subscription. Janny van Halen International Fellowship of Reconciliation The Commonweal Collection is an independent voluntary library which specialises in issues of peace, pacifism and nonviolent social change. It has been in existence since 1958 and has been built up entirely from donations, to contain over 10,000 books and 200 current journals on issues including race, gender, environmentalism, spirituality, peace education and anything else promoting a better world. As such, the library has become a valuable resource for students, activists and members of the public, both locally and internationally. We would like to be able to offer NvT to our readers, but need someone to adopt us or send on back copies to us. If anyone is able to help with this, or has any enquiries, please contact: The Commonweal Collection, c/o J.B.Priestley Library, University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 lDP, England.
