Dear NvT,
The latest news is that we are going to try another walk in Cambodia. As
things begin to collapse there many people who were involved in the last walk
want to attempt to prevent further violence around election time by a walk. 
We will be going into the Khmer Rouge zones this time, where even the UN
don't go.  It is being coordinated by Khmer ngo's in Phnom Penh, and
Coalition for Peace and Reconciliation and I will be handling external
relations and limited recruitment.  Mostly we will be recruiting Thai people,
and to that end I have hired a Thai for one month to work out of the
Nonviolence International office in Bangkok to coordinate Thai involvement.
